Shipping
We are usually shipping by parcel service, e.g. UPS, DHL.
From a total weight of more than 34 kilograms we will assign a forwarding agency and you will receive an offer in advance for your request. After your written acceptance of the offer, we execute your order.
Shipping cost overview

Delivery time
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt by us. The estimated delivery time is stated for each item and is within 3 to 10 working days.
If you receive a quotation based on a sent request, this includes the expected delivery time.
Customers from a third country (i.e. outside the European Union) will be informed about the estimated delivery time in their offer.
Please note that the delivery time of your order, independent of the place of delivery, also depends on your chosen payment method (see point "Payment").

Prices
The prices are displayed in Euro and for consumers as total prices (including 19% German VAT). For corporate customers are net prices.
For customers from third countries (outside the European Union), after opening an account or after selection of the delivery country in the order / request process, prices are shown without German VAT (19 %).
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, in individual cases additional costs may incur, which must be borne by the customer. These include for example costs for transferring money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange charges) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Payment
During the order process, you can basically choose from the following payment options.
• Payment in advance (we will ship your order after receipt of payment)
• Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa)
• PayPal
We can only offer the payment options cash on delivery and invoice to customers whose credit rating was checked, on the basis of a positive examination according to mathematical-statistical principles. The reason for this is that we go into financial advance.
